Hiraoka English Academy is an "Eikaiwa", otherwise known as an English conversation school located in Hofu and Yamaguchi cities in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan. HEA was established in 1989 in Hofu city, and later opened a school branch near Yamaguchi university in Yamaguchi city. HEA also works with local school boards and sends teachers to public elementary and junior high schools as assistant language instructors (ALT). All classes are instructed by foreign instructors, ranging from preschool to adults. Classes are divided into categories from grade level to specified purposes such as TOIEC and private lessons. HEA also offers a free TRIAL lesson for prospective students.
